BACKGROUND

In the past year, Thai people have been scammed over 6.4 millions times by fraud call center gangs and have lost over 43 Million USD to these call centers. While the criminals always find new ways on scam calls.

‘Whoscall, a leading caller identification service with over 1,600 millions phone numbers’ database from over the world wants to help prevent community from frauds by inviting people to download the application to identify the unknown numbers and unwanted calls.

‘Sound of Safety’

BTS Skytrain is Thailand’s national public transportation with 54 million users per month. Where almost everyone is focused on their phones, it’s our opportunity to warn them about ‘Scam Calls’ that inflicted damage to Thais over $40M last year.

Whoscall, in partnership with VGI Media, the leading transportation media company and BTS National SkyTrain,
create a ‘Sound of Safety’ campaign that takes over all trains’ station announcements to warn the Thai nation about devious scam callers.

We invite the original announcer, the legendary ‘Rudklao Amratisha’, to re-record the sound of station announcements with safety messages. By customizing the content to match with each stations’ name covering entire line over 30 stations.
